As Malcolm started to pack up his stuff he realized all the things he was going to leave behind in this place, all the times he had spent here that were not part of 'the job'. He also realize that maybe it was time for a new place he had grown accustom to the surrounding area, which he was never used to. Everything seemed to have meaning too it, yet all his things could be backing into a couple of rucksacks and carried on his back. As this was happening he thought to himself that maybe it was time to leave the current job and all the issues that went with it. If he was to leave how would he support himself, what would he do. It was not as though he had any useful skills, nor was he very good with people. That's when he figured there was nothing else he could do to support himself so he would have to continue doing as he was to allow himself to survive. He knew tonight would have to be the night that he left. he figured that night would be best simply because of more cover for him, he had to go through town to head east. He always traveled east so he knew where not to go, and hope to hell that he would find a town in time to keep on living. There was a lot of barren waste out there, and he generally found the longest stretches of it. As time slowly passed he knew that he would continue to question his life choices, what he did, how he did it, and what could have been. But he knew that no matter what, the past was the past, it could not be changed he had to focus on his future and not get distracted about the escape tonight. For it would be one of the toughest that he had faced in awhile.
